Rum Punch

Rum is the perfect ingredient for summer fun with spectacular rum punches. It mixes well with fruit and juices to create a perfect refreshment on the beach or in the backyard.  Try some of these recipes.

Punch Party Bash

• 1/4 oz Secret Barrel Pineapple Rum
• 1/4 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 3/4 oz apple cider
• 1/2 oz lemonade
• 1 tsp pumpkin spice pie
• 4 sticks of cinnamon
• 1 apple cut into slices

Punch & Smash

• 2 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 1 oz Sherry
• 3/4 oz passion fruit juice
• 1/2 ox hibiscus syrup
• 2 mint sprigs
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Jack's Tropic Bowl

• 1 1/2 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 3/4 oz spiced pineapple syrup
• 1/2 oz honey syrup
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 strawberry , muddled
• 1 mint sprig
• 1 pinch salt

Flights of Fantasy Punch

• 1/3 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 2/3 oz Secret Barrel Dark Rum
• 5 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 mint sprig
• 2  to 3 1/2 oz water

Gingerberry Secret Punch

• 1 1/2 oz Secret Barrel Spiced Rum
• 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  
• 2 oz Ginger ale
  
• 1 tsp lime juice
  
• 1 tsp lemon juice
  
• 10 dashes orange bitters
  
• Garnish with fresh lime
  
• Garnish with fresh cranberries
