Shaken Not Stirred

• ​1 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup

The original Secret Mojito​

• ​1 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 3 lime wedges
• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 2 tsp extra fine sugar
• 25 ml soda water/club soda
• Sprig of fresh mint

Classic Formed Daiquiri

• 2 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 3/4 oz lime
• 3/4 oz simple syrup 

Mai Tai Barrel Express

• 1 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 30 ml Triple Sec
• 5ml Orgeat
• 5ml sugar syrup
• 2 dashes of Orange Bitters
• 30 ml lime juice
• Mint sprig garnish
• Orange slice garnish
• Lime wedge garnish

The Captains Pina Colada

• 2 oz Secret Barrel White Rum
• 2 oz coconut cream
• 2 oz pineapple juice

Rum Old Fashioned

• 2 oz Secret Barrel Rum
• 1/4 oz Chai Syrup
• Orange peel garnish

Cuban Thaw

• 2 oz Secret Barrel Rum
  
• 0.5 Vanilla Liqueur
  
• Top with coke

Spice Girl Sour

• 1.5 oz Secret Barrel Rum
• 0.5 oz Amaretto
• 0.75 oz Egg Whites
• 0.5 oz Jalapeno Syrup
• Shake and strain into rocks glass
